This combination of DJ and gig nights has continued, and today the current crop of local bands can be seen at the venue as well as regular DJ nights of Alternative/Roc k, Hip-Hop/Funk, Disco/Cheese etc.

Throughout the years, Bacchus has kept its promise of being Kingston s true alternative music venue for both students and regulars alike, and has embodied the real meaning of its name, the Roman God of wine and intoxication
