Visited Strada in Panton Street off Haymarket last night using a taste card. When booking they asked if we had a taste card and asked this again on arrival and were keen to state this applied only to main courses (241) despite the taste card terms stating this applied to all courses. We ordered one starter to share which arrived promptly and was hot, however before we got half way through this our main courses arrived. The main courses were pretty average and the Saltimbocca ...was not as described, the accompanying vegetables on both dishes were mostly cold and we guessed had been microwaved! Customer service was non existent, we would have sent our food back, but no one bothered to ask us whether our meals were ok, the waitress didn't even ask when she was clearing the plates. All in all a very disappointing meal where the only saving grace was that we hadn't paid full price for the main courses. We will definitely not be returning.
