Cate Mackenzie is a Psychosexual Therapist, Couples Counsellor and Love Coach who has given talks since 1998 in six countries. She is the Dating Coach for Channel 4s The Undateables, has written a column on love for Spirit and Destiny Magazine for two years and has run workshops for Models 1, Benefit, The How To Academy, Comedy Central, MTV and Soho House. Cate has been featured in publications such as The Sunday Times, The Guardian and Psychologies Magazine and is passionate about empowering people.



Do you find it hard to chat to someone you find attractive? Do you freeze at the thought of flirting or chatting to someone new or perhaps you are in a couple and you have stopped playfully teasing each other. This talk will re-engage your va va voom with tools on how to ignite your inner pilot light, how to centre yourself and open your heart, how to learn the five stages of flirting, how to look and smile, how to attune to the situation and pick the right moment to connect and what to say. 93 per cent of communication is body language, tone and pace only 7 per cent is words. You will learn how to slow down, turn up the heat, simmer the passion and radiate magnetism. Once you understand the tools of connecting with your body, your senses and feeling safe to be yourself you can allow yourself to move to your edge of relational comfort and begin to become a flirting expert. All people have these skills inside them you will be reminded how to reconnect with them.
